Gioacchino Gasparre, AKA Jack, has owned an Italian restaurant called Posticino for over a quarter of a century. Hundreds of thousands of pizzas have been made and carried out under his watchful eye. Jack had the vision of creating a contemporary and accessible, home-use wood-

burning pizza oven to tease out that true italian flavour. Fast forward to present day, ITALINA was born.

This novel, sleek design was made with the intention of bringing family together over a home cooked meal. With an ITALINA oven, anyone can effortlessly cook up a masterpiece! Inspired by age-old traditions, this modern oven blends classic charm with a touch of sophistication. An elevated fire was uniquely invented by Jack, which affords you maximum surface cooking area, to create a paragon of pizzas or whatever dish your heart desires or family feels like.
