Braai Grid

Design pioneered by Italina. Blending the beloved South African art of braai’ing seamlessly into your oven. Instead of the traditional way of braai’ing, where the main source of heat comes from a fire below, our invention uses the elevated fire to cook your meat from the top which allows you to carefully monitor every stage of the cooking process. The braai attachment is mounted on a swivel mechanism, allowing you to easily pull the braai grid in and out.
