Using Your Pizza Oven For Fast & Easy Pizza Recipes

1. Create a crust as the first step.

There is a diverse selection of pizza crust mixtures, as well as pre-made crusts and doughs that may be stored in the refrigerator. If you want to get the advantages of fiber as well as a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, try using a crust made from whole grains.

You may also try making mini-pizzas using different types of bread as the basis, such as pita bread, English muffin halves, bagel halves, or naan. Additionally, crusts that do not include gluten or meat can be made upon request.

2. Adding Sauce.

Reduce the amount of sauce you use to prevent the crust from becoming wet. You have the option of using the tried-and-true pizza sauce made with tomatoes, such as the recipe that is supplied, or you can use another sauce, such as:

• Alfredo sauce
• Asian peanut sauce
• Barbecue sauce
• Hummus, which is a dip prepared from chickpeas seasoned with various spices
• Pesto, which is created from basil, olive oil, and other ingredients
• Salsa

3. Include a few vegetables, such as:

• Artichoke hearts that have been sliced
• Broccoli florets that have been roasted
• Carrots that have been shredded
• Mushrooms that have been sliced
• Red, yellow, and green peppers that have been sliced or diced
• Spinach leaves
• Onion that has been chopped

7. Preheat the pizza oven

To at least 230°C and bake your masterpiece there. Your baking time will need to be adjusted accordingly, depending on how many toppings you use. You can give your pizza a smokey, grilled flavor by using a wood fire in your Italina pizza oven.

Whole-wheat Pizza Crust

¾ c. whole-wheat flour
¾ c. all-purpose flour
1 package quick-rising yeast (2¼ tsp.)
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. sugar
½ c. warm water
2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine both whole-wheat flour and all-purpose flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.

To combine the dry ingredients, stir them.

Mix hot water and oil in a separate bowl (the water temperature should be between 48°C and 55°C); gradually incorporate the hot water mixture with dry ingredients until sticky ball forms. *If the dough is too dry, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of warm water; if the dough is too sticky, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of flour.

Knead the dough by running it through the dough hook of a stand mixer for one minute.

Cooking spray should be applied on a sheet of plastic wrap, the bowl should be covered, and the dough should be allowed to rest for ten to twenty minutes before rolling.

Roll out the dough into a circle that is 13 inches in diameter and preheat the pizza oven to 260°C.

Olive oil should be brushed over the crust, and holes should be poked with a fork.

Pizza Crust

2 1/4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
1/4 cup of unsalted butter that is at room temperature

Turn the pizza oven up to 230°C.

To make cleaning a breeze after baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk them together.

Mix the ingredients together on a low speed with the dough hook until a ball of dough forms.

If you do not have a stand mixer, whisk all of the ingredients together until they form a ball of dough.

Sprinkle flour over the rolling surface, then take the dough from the bowl and pat it with the flour to make a firm ball. * Keep in mind that the dough may be a little sticky just after it comes out of the mixer.

Form the dough into a ball and place it on the baking sheet you have prepared.

To roll out the dough to the appropriate thickness of 14 inches, use a rolling pin that has been dusted with flour.

Bake for ten to twelve minutes after topping with the toppings of your choice.

Homemade Pizza Sauce

1 can of tomato sauce weighing 15 ounces
2 garlic cloves, which have been peeled and chopped.
2 tablespoons of fresh minced onion
1 tsp. dried parsley
1½ tsp. dried oregano
1 tablespoonful of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp. dried basil

Combine all of the ingredients in a big stockpot, give it a swirl, and then put it on the stove over medium heat for twenty minutes.

crust made with cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower, medium in size
1 egg, big
1 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning (oregano or basil, your choice).
1/8 tsp. salt ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
grated or shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese equal to a half cup
Cooking spray

Put the pizza oven temperature to 190°C. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. The cauliflower should be washed, the outer leaves should be removed, it should be broken up into florets, and it should be chopped into smaller pieces.

Perform the processing in the food processor in two separate batches until a “rice” consistency is achieved.

Place the chicken on a baking pan and roast it for 15 minutes.

Take the cooked cauliflower rice out of the pizza oven and place it in a dish that has been lined with a linen cloth.

Wait five minutes before serving.

Squeeze the ball (the cauliflower wrapped in the towel) to extract the liquid.

Repeat the process multiple times until there is hardly any liquid left.

Raise the temperature in the pizza oven to 230°C.

In a bowl, whisk the egg for ten seconds while adding the dry herbs, salt, and pepper.

After adding the cheese and cauliflower to the mixture, give it a thorough stir with a spatula until everything is incorporated.

Spray some cooking spray on a new piece of parchment paper and then line the same baking sheet with it.

Place the dough made from cauliflower in the center of the prepared baking sheet and use your hands to press it into a thin pizza crust.

Bake for twenty minutes, then turn using a spatula and bake for a few more minutes (about two minutes total).

After adding the toppings, return to the pizza oven for an additional five minutes, or until the cheese has turned a golden brown color.
